How it works

Two ways to test. One place to read them.

Test at home with Rythm or in person at Quest. Then add the report to your ScriptsXO account.

  1. Choose how to test

Order an at-home kit from Rythm, or request an in-person draw at a Quest location.

    • You order and pay the lab directly
    • Pick the path that fits your week
  2. Give your sample

Collect a sample at home and mail it back, or visit Quest for a standard blood draw.

    • Follow the instructions from your lab
    • Read how to prepare before you go
  3. Add your result

Upload the report to your ScriptsXO account. Each marker is grouped, flagged and explained in plain language.

    • PDF reports are read marker by marker
    • Your original file stays in your account
  4. Go over it with your nurse

ScriptsXO members walk through their markers with a nurse on the monthly call.

    • Bring your questions to the call
    • Results inform. They never diagnose.

Two ways to test.

At home

A Rythm kit, collected at home

  1. Order a kit directly from Rythm.
  2. Collect your sample at home and mail it back.
  3. Add the result Rythm sends you to your ScriptsXO account.
Order from Rythm

You order and pay Rythm directly. ScriptsXO does not buy, resell or manage Rythm kits.

In person

A standard draw at Quest

  1. Request a draw with your ZIP code and best time.
  2. Visit a Quest location for the draw.
  3. Add your Quest report to your ScriptsXO account.

You pay Quest directly for the test. ScriptsXO saves your request for its operations team and shows the status in your account.

Results that make sense.

Every marker on your report, grouped and flagged, with one short note on what it measures and where your value sits.
