ScriptsXO brings your assessment, membership, nurse appointments, and personal account together. Our purpose is to make the next step easier to understand, with room for your questions and support that continues beyond a single visit.

You don’t need to arrive with a diagnosis or have all the right words. Start with what you’ve noticed, what you’ve tried, and what you want help with.

You may be noticing changes for the first time. You may have been looking for answers for years. Or you may already know what support helps and want a more consistent way to stay connected.

Our focus is women navigating perimenopause and menopause. Your preferences, medical history, and goals matter alongside your symptoms. Those details belong in the conversation from the beginning.

1. Tell us about yourself.

   Complete the assessment and set up your account with a six-digit email code. Your answers give you a starting point for understanding and discussing your needs.

2. Choose your monthly membership.

   Choose nurse support on its own, or the Essential or Complete package with nurse support included. Memberships are billed monthly.

3. Prepare for your conversation.

   Your ID and introductory video stay connected to your account so the nurse assigned to your appointment has context before you meet.

4. Keep the conversation going.

   Use your account to follow your appointments, keep track of changes, and arrange your next monthly conversation.

Every membership includes one nurse call each month. Plan for a focused 15-minute conversation, with up to 30 minutes when more time is needed.

For women who want an ongoing nurse conversation without a medication package. You can choose Essential or Complete later.

Essential · $279 per month

The Essential package, with your monthly nurse call included.

Complete · $479 per month

The Complete package, with your monthly nurse call included.

There is no additional nurse fee with Essential or Complete. You choose the membership that fits the support you want.

Your nurse conversation is time to ask questions, explain what’s changed, and discuss your next steps. Keeping notes and follow-up appointments together supports continuity as your needs evolve.

Nurse affiliates submit their credentials for review before taking appointments. Access to your intake, ID, and introductory video is tied to the nurse assigned to your care.

A nurse conversation and a prescribing decision have different roles. Purchasing a membership does not itself authorize a prescription; treatment decisions belong with the appropriately licensed clinician.

Your account brings your assessment, uploaded information, appointment history, and care notes into one place. You can return to your information instead of starting the story over each time.

Calls are recorded with your consent. Recording access is restricted to authorized care access, and your records are not an open directory for the nurse network.
